Dijon Mustard and Soy dipping sauce for Dumplings
Serves 4
30 g Dijon mustard Edmond Fallot
150 ml of soy sauce
120 ml of rice wine vinegar
2 spring onions
Step 1
Peel the outer layer of the spring onions. Wash if necessary. Finely chop both the white and green part of the spring onions, discarding the roots.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together and serve with dumplings.
